Enter each job you worked on today. Hours are recorded in 30-minute steps. Include your paid break in the day's total only once, not once per job.

1. Your full name Work date

If your total paid hours are more than 4 hours, you must record the paid break you actually took. The 30-minute break is included in your entered hours, not added again.
